At the Centre for Negotiation and Dialogue, we approach all issues with a collaborative approach that makes it possible to constructively manage complex and difficult issues in open, inclusive and creative ways. Using new and dynamic processes we have facilitated organizational planning, team development, conflict and dispute resolution, as well as community and public forums.

Through our training program, we have helped leaders and managers become better negotiators and trained supervisors and front-line staff to better manage conflicts and difficult situations. In particular, we pride ourselves on our ability to shape our training to address clients' specific needs and situation.

 

bui petersenBui Petersen, director and founder, is a trainer, facilitator, mediator and consultant with extensive experience working with businesses as well as governmental and non-profit organizations. He holds the highly respected Certificate in Conflict Resolution, Specialization in Mediation/Third-party Intervention from the renowned Justice Institute of British Columbia and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). He has held a number of management and leadership positions and has served on the Board of Directors of several national, provincial and local community organizations. (Download CV)
