The Centre for Negotiation and Dialogue exists to promote dialogue and collaborative decision-making practices. The Centre provides training, public workshops, coaching, mediation, facilitation and consultation services.

We assist organizations in addressing present and future needs and equip leaders, managers and front-line staff with the skills necessary for solving interpersonal and organizational problems.

We recognize that today’s increasing complex problems require new and more creative approaches to finding solutions.
