Whether we have to complain about noise from our neighbour, discipline an employee, deal with interference from grandparents on parenting style, confront a co-worker about their offensive behaviour, we are confronted with conversations we would rather not have. For some, these conversations can cause significant levels of stress and fear, especially when we try to avoid them. This course will give you ideas and strategies for managing these conversations effectively. Activities include case studies, exercises and role plays.
