For optimal productivity and efficiency in businesses and organizations, it is critical to able to work effectively in teams.  Teams benefit from the diversity of knowledge, expertise, perspectives and personalities, but these differences can also make it difficult for people to work together. For optimal performance, it is necessary to understand what makes groups effective and know what makes and keeps team members motivated.

In this seminar we will discuss group processes and structure as well as the importance of defined roles and responsibilities, communication, culture, norms and relationships. A particular focus will be on group communication and decision-making.
