Many people -- managers, supervisors, educators, HR professionals, lawyers -- are called upon to mediate as part of their work.
Mediation is an effective and affordable way to solve conflicts and disputes that leaves the decision-making authority with the disputing participants. More affordable than more litigious alternatives, mediation also gives parties a sense of ownership over the results that solidify their commitment to them. Instead of creating and proposing solutions, mediators facilitate the dialogue necessary for participants to create their own.
While mediators need to work on the substance of the dispute, they also need to pay equal attention to the process itself, the relationships as well as the emotions involved.

In this 3-day workshop you will learn how to:
